Comeback Inn in Highland

The food was mediocre, the pop was watery, the service was ok, I was gonna give them a 3 star until my 3 yr old started playing with gum he found stuck under our table. That was disgusting. Highly doubt we would ever return.

Food was cold by the time we got it, sad because it has great potential to be good food. We waited what seemed a lifetime to get out food and that's an issue when dining with kids. The pop tastes terrible here, so be prepared for that. We asked for new drinks and the 2nd round tasted worse then the 1st.

Great prices and great food

Not a bad place, but nothing special either. Pizza is plain and toppings are the usual boring choices. Beer selections are meh.Salads are above average and a good choice here. No appetizers worth ordering. The service is one saving grace here - always very good.

May I say whenever we pass by this place we always notice how busy the parking lot is. Well we now know why. Between lack of efficient service and the time it takes to get your food we know the secret. We sat at the bar and saw that Alyson is not able to keep up with the duties that are required of a solo bartender. Not only is she slow at greeting customers, getting their beverages we had to tell her to grab our food from the window which sat there for 10 minutes.I will mention that the restaurant was maybe half full and was able to observe others waiting for service.Comeback Inn. I think not

First visit here. Saw mixed reviews on service and food. 11:30 Saturday morning, not very busy. One host, one waitress. It was seat yourself at the time. I must agree, service was slooooow. I had the Hawaiian chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. Visually I was disappointed when it finally came to the table. But it tasted good. My daughter had the mac and cheese, I thought it was excellent. Undecided if I'll come back in.

Sat outside. Ordered the mac n cheese and Tuscan chicken grinder it was very good. 3rd time here. Will definitely be back.

This place a great. Super friendly atmosphere. They have a wonderful menu and everything tastes the best. To top it off, their beer selection is plentiful and priced right. You've got to try it. They even have a Groupon!

Always love coming here. The food is very good, the staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. Great local hang-out, and visitors are always made to feel welcome. But the best of all is the entertainment. Tuesday night's, Mark Harrington plays, and if you have not seen him solo or with Wixie then you're missing out. One of the founders of the local 60s cover band Magic Bus, Mark is incredible. Make time to see him. You won't be disappointed.

Everything the 3 of us ordered was great. Grilled pineapple and chicken sandwich was amazing! Service was a bit slow, but we'd go again.

Good food, friendly & efficient service, with reasonable prices. The only negative would be that it's noisy, but that's typical for this type of establishment!

Dinner was good. Pizza and grilled chix ceasar. Would have really preferred to see servers with masks and doing more public hand sanitizer. Could have been doing in back, but would have preferred more out in open. Lots of room to distance.

I love their sauce for their sweet potato fries and they did a great job of preparing their space for social distancing

Later Saturday night stop in for drinks and food. Drinks weren't anything spectacular. Beer on tap was semi-flat. Appetizers were delish (southwest eggrolls). Kickin chicken burrito, (listed as a comeback fave/specialty) was ok-not tons of flavor, but def good enough to fill the belly. Special burger w/ cheese stix and cheese triangles was a success. Waitress/staff typically friendly, sometimes slow. Atmosphere is decent. Dark. Relaxed (with plenty of noise, so not relaxing).

Always a great place to go. Sufficient drinks, but the food is always so good. Get the bread sticks and spring for the garlic dip. It's so good! I got the burger, which was delicious. The service was the best part. Our server was fantastic. Definitely recommend!

The comeback pizza was excellent. Wait staff attentive and friendly. Eating outside on deck was very pleasant.

First time at the Comeback inn, food was good (not great), atmosphere very good and the 2 man band "Midnight Cowboys" were very entertaining. I would definitely go back.

Great as usual. Took our Fairlane to the car show . Had dinner and drinks. Always a good time. Food is really good. Fried pickles are awesome

Hawaiian Chicken Wraps here are delish!

We gave this restaurant a try today, and this place was terrific. The service was excellent and the food was oh my god incredible. I got the lasagna and I swear the cooked this thing in a loaf pan, it was huge! The lasagna tasted incredible and I've got like 2 additional meals out of it.If you've never tried the restaurant, you gotta stop in, you won't be disappointed.

Great "Bar food". I was after a good old fashioned hamburger. They made a juicy cheese burger and fried like I had in mind!

Good place to watch a game, have some cocktails and eat good food. A little LOUD at times, but worth it.

Great day with members of the Third Army. Comeback Inn was the make up place due to a booking problem at Baker's of Milford. Staff was warm and accommodating. Rear meeting room was well appointment and easily provided comfort for 20+ attendees. Food service was timely, portions generous and prices moderate Recommend. Also can find coupons on Groupon

We ate burger and pizza. Food was good and the service was top notch. Emily took excellent care of us and was very efficent and cheerful.

Good bar & grill. I wasn't drinking, so no idea how their drinks are. Arnold Palmer and a taco salad. Pretty good. Heat was WAY TOO HIGH in the restaurant. Wow, must help with drink sales?

Wonderful atmosphere, wonderful owners. Staff curtious and attentive. Excellent environment for families for dinner. Great nightlife after dinner. Chris and Paul Baker are a real class act. Always making sure things are in order and as they should be.

Exceptional spot to have something when in a hurry. Their customer service is rapid, pricing is convenient, good character. I highly recommend this place

The burger was pretty good (even though I requested a little pink and food not get any). I also had to wait a bit longer for the food (30-40 minutes). Overall it was a great atmosphere. I will probably come back.

Waitress was pleasant, took forever to get our food. Not busy but kitchen couldn't seem to keep up. After waiting on food waitress came and said it would be 5 more minutes which was more like 20 more minutes. Foodnothing to talk about.

If you're from Milford /Highland and surrounding areas you just know this place, if not for the car shows, for the food and the good company. If you want to have a comfortable dinner you want to feel like family come to this place and have dinner this is it.

Great bar food and staff never lets your drink get empty

Great food, management is kind, friendly and accommodating. The pickle pizza that was on special was the best pizza I have ever had. Breadsticks and garlic dip are also wonderful.

Always a good time at the Comeback. As the name suggests, you're gonna want to come back. Great people, good food, and a good place to quietly drink and relax.
